Product Introduction
HDFR-03 is a halogen-free flame retardant specifically developed for materials such as PA6, PA66, PET, and PBT. It appears as a white powder with excellent thermal stability, high flame-retardant efficiency, and low addition levels. The product offers good compatibility and dispersion with base materials, with no exudation, and exhibits outstanding physical and electrical properties. Its flame-retardant mechanism operates through both condensed and gas phases, achieving flame retardancy by expanding and cross-linking upon exposure to fire. This forms a stable foamed carbon layer and an oil film on the material surface, acting as a protective barrier. The carbon layer is uniform and dense, providing excellent thermal and oxygen insulation without dripping. The flame retardancy rating reaches UL94 V-0 (1.6mm).

Recommended Addition Levels
- For PA6/PA66/PET/PBT reinforced materials with +30GF, an addition level of 11-12% is recommended.
- For non-reinforced materials, an addition level of 12-13% is recommended.
